320 Nevins Street is a 306,000 square foot development designed by Fogarty Finger Architects. The Class-A Residential tower will feature 348 rental apartments, with ground-floor retail. The project’s retail component benefits from outstanding visibility with 225 feet of frontage along Union Street, as well as 225 feet of frontage along the Gowanus Canal.

 

The project’s 225-foot stretch of the Gowanus Public Access Area is designed by James Corner Field Operations. Located in Gowanus, Brooklyn – one of the borough’s most exciting and diverse neighborhoods – the 2.3 acre canal-front site is ideally situated between the Carroll Street Bridge and Union Street Bridge, just two blocks from the Union Street R train station, and just a short walk from the tree-lined brownstone blocks of Cobble Hill and Carroll Gardens to the west.
