Meet Kristina

Kristina has mastered NYC living for over a decade. She is originally from New Jersey and moved to the city to pursue a career in fashion marketing for luxury retailers. After many years in fashion, she transferred her marketing and selling skills into a real estate career where she loves guiding clients in navigating the complex NYC market landscape and finding their new home. She advises renters, landlords, sellers and buyers with their unique transactions with co-ops, condos, or new development transactions. She specializes in luxury residential new development. Kristina lives in downtown Manhattan with her husband. She enjoys trying new restaurants, discovering new boutiques, working out at Pilates classes, and keeping up with the energetic pulse of NYC living.
