About Michael Derard

Michael Derard is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in both real estate sales and real estate finance. His comprehensive background is key to providing clients with a unique edge when navigating the competitive real estate landscape.

 

Michael held management roles at EXR Group Companies, serving as Director of New Development and Director of Resource Development, where he supervised the recruitment, hiring, and training of more than 75 agents, as well as led the marketing efforts for the openings of 12 residential development projects.

 

In July 2017, Michael embarked on a new chapter by joining Compass alongside his team, Realo, a group of talented entrepreneurs set on elevating the client experience. As part of the initiative, Michael launched his own real estate data company, REALO CRE.

 

Today we are delighted to announce Michael's recent appointment as a real estate advisor at Charney, where he will focus on providing exceptional guidance to clients across both residential and commercial sectors, leveraging his wealth of expertise and commitment to excellence.
