Meet Peyton

Peyton Yen is an experienced real estate advisor with a track record of successfully closed transactions over $100M. Throughout her career, Peyton has worked with top teams to sell out and close New Development condo projects in Manhattan and Brooklyn, including at 121 E 22nd, The Brooklyn Grove, 110 N 1st, and 561 Pacific. 

Coming from an international background, Peyton was born in Taipei, Taiwan, and grew up in Shanghai, China, graduating from Shanghai American School (Puxi). Peyton received a BA in Economics and Psychology from Barnard College of Columbia University. She started her career in real estate while still a student, going from first helping students find rooms to selling Brownstones in Brooklyn and New Development projects in Manhattan and Brooklyn — her passion for helping people and making efficient matches has stayed true. She loves working with first-time home buyers, renters, international buyers and investors, families buying for children, and the many followers she has on Tiktok and social media (@peyton_yen).

With every client, Peyton is known to bring her comprehensive market knowledge, enthusiasm, attention to detail, organization, and relentless work ethic. She seeks to make the buying, selling, and renting process as smooth as possible by being transparent, available, methodical, and engaged during each step of the transaction. In her free time, Peyton enjoys walking around the city, tennis & pickleball, and playing board games.
