About Frank Giordano

Frank is a 14-year veteran of the real estate industry. He has a diverse background of experience, including but not limited to, luxury sales, rentals, investments, and new development. He has worked in conjunction with several highly regarded top-producing agents during his career. As a result, he was able to acquire new development experience on projects such as 1 York Street, 70 Greene Street, and 88 Franklin Street.

 

Frank has sold over $300M worth of real estate and has worked with investors leasing and managing over 40 luxury rentals for individual owners. Frank was also part of the sales team for the 94-unit new development condo 100 East 53rd Street for over two years. Working with both domestic and foreign clients, Frank is dedicated to listening and understanding his client’s goals.
